Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of Terms and Conditions)
① These terms and conditions are deemed to be agreed upon when the user accesses or uses the Company's services, and they take effect immediately.
② The Company posts these terms and conditions, along with the company name, representative's name, business registration number, contact information, etc., on the initial screen of the service or notifies the members by other methods.
③ The Company may amend these terms and conditions within the scope that does not violate relevant laws and regulations.
④ When the Company amends the terms and conditions, it specifies the application date and the reason for the amendment and notifies members via email from 7 days before the application date until the day before the application date. In case of significant changes that adversely affect members' rights and obligations, the Company notifies members via email, a consent window upon login, or other electronic means from 30 days before the application date until the day before the application date. If individual notification is difficult due to changes in the member's email address, the Company deems that the individual notification has been made by notifying the members according to these terms and conditions.
⑤ Members have the right to reject the amended terms and conditions. If the Company notifies the member of the amendment and the member does not explicitly express the intention to reject until the application/effective date, it is deemed that the member has agreed to the amendment. Members who reject the amended terms and conditions cannot have the amended terms and conditions applied, and in such cases, members may choose to terminate the service use contract or withdraw membership. However, if it is difficult to apply the existing terms and conditions due to special circumstances, the Company may terminate the use contract.

If the content conflicts with these terms and conditions, the individual operational policies take precedence. In particular, where the Company enters into a separate individual contract and/or service level agreement (SLA) with an enterprise customer, such as for the adoption of BlurMe Enterprise (B2B) solutions, the terms of such contract shall prevail over these Terms and Conditions.
② Matters not stipulated in these terms and conditions follow relevant laws and regulations or general practices.

However, the Company may refuse or restrict the use of the account if it is antisocial, violates public morals, or is likely to be mistaken for the operator of the Company.
② The Company manages the use of services and performs general user management tasks through account information, and only one natural person can use the services through one account (hereinafter referred to as the "No Account Sharing Policy"). For clarity, the No Account Sharing Policy strictly applies even to employees within the same corporation.

< Chapter 2 Use of Paid Services >
Article 17 (Paid Service Use Contract)
① Paid services commence from the time the Company approves the application of a paid member, and if the Company cannot commence paid services due to technical or operational reasons, it individually notifies or announces it to the members.
② Paid services are classified into plans as determined by the Company. The name, pricing, credit allowance, and terms of each plan are published on the Service's pricing page (blur.me/pricing). The amount of credit, features, services, and level of service provided by the Company to members are determined according to the member's choice of plan.
③ The Company may modify the types, names, pricing, credit allowances, and terms of its subscription plans. Changes will be announced in accordance with the methods set forth in Article 9. Existing paid members will retain their current plan terms, including pricing and conditions, for the remainder of their active subscription period. Updated plan terms will apply when a member voluntarily changes their plan.
④ Before the payment of paid services, the Company provides information on the following items to ensure that members can accurately understand and make transactions without mistakes or errors:
a. Details of the paid service, including price, usage period, usage method, conditions for canceling payment, refund matters, and other matters related to the selection of paid services.
b. Confirmation of actions taken by the Company regarding non-refundable content.
⑤ The Company may not approve or may withhold approval for the application for the use of paid services if the reasons specified in Article 14 (Termination of Contract by Members) occur.
⑥ Members must accurately provide information that matches the current facts when filling out the necessary items for the application for paid services, and they must accurately provide the payment information required for the selected payment method to the Company.
⑦ Members must immediately notify the Company of any changes to the items specified in the preceding paragraph according to the procedures set by the Company, and the Company must reflect the changes immediately.
⑧ The Company may set transaction limits for the transaction amount of members using paid services according to internal policies, external payment companies (PG companies, banks, card companies, etc.), and changes in relevant laws and regulations, and members may not be able to use additional paid services if they exceed the transaction limits.
⑨ The Company may change the content (price, provided service details, etc.) of paid services supplied for operational and technical needs, and it notifies paid members in advance according to Article 11.
⑩ If a paid member accesses services through a wired/wireless network or uses the services through an application installed on a device connected to a wired/wireless network, separate data communication charges may occur according to the communication plan concluded between the paid member and the telecommunications company the paid member is subscribed to. The Company is not responsible for any data communication charges that occur.
Article 18 (Change of Plans)
① The Company immediately reflects the application when a member applies for a plan change, and the member can choose the timing of the plan change as follows:
a. Immediate Plan Change: The existing plan is immediately terminated, and a new plan is subscribed.
b. Change at the Expiration of the Current Plan: The existing plan is terminated on the next billing date of the current plan, and a new plan is automatically subscribed.
② If the changed plan is a paid service, the amount is charged at the time of the plan change.
③ When changing plans, members are provided with basic credits according to the new plan, and any remaining credits from the existing plan are transferred and recharged to the new plan. In this case, all credits in the existing plan are recharged to the new plan regardless of the type or period of the plan.
④ If changing to a lower plan, all benefits provided on the premise of using the existing plan (discount benefits, features, services, etc.) are extinguished, and the Company may claim compensation for damages caused by the member unfairly receiving existing benefits.

c. Virtual account transfer (deposit)
d. Other electronic payment methods
④ Payments are automatically made regularly. According to the plan subscribed by the paid member, it is automatically made monthly, yearly, or biennially. If the member does not express the intention to stop using, it is deemed to be automatically renewed monthly or yearly, and the member is continuously charged.
⑤ The Company may hold the member's payment information during and for a certain period after the service use period for the automatic renewal of the service user agreement and invoice issuance.
⑥ If a member applies for a regular payment and does not request a separate termination, the payment for the service use period is made automatically monthly or yearly, and the Company notifies the member of such payment through email or text messages.
⑦ If someone else's payment information is used without consent, it may be criminally penalized or subject to compensation for damages pursuant to relevant laws.
⑧ If regular payments fail due to changes in payment information, loss, expiration, or change of the credit card or mobile phone, the service is automatically suspended one month from the last regular payment date.
⑨ The Company is not responsible for any damages caused by the suspension of the service following the failure of regular payments due to the member's fault, such as failure to make a payment.
⑩ If the fee changes during the regular payment period, the consent of the member regarding such change will be obtained. If the member does not consent to the fee change, the acceptance for the use of the service may be reserved, or the use agreement may be terminated.
⑪ For cross-border partner payments and B2B payments requiring VAT exemption or other tax treatment, the accuracy of business registration numbers (VAT numbers, etc.) provided by the user is solely the user's responsibility. The Company bears no liability for any tax impositions, fiscal disadvantages, or damages arising from the incorrect entry of such information.
Article 20 (Subscription Cancellation, Refund, and Recurring Payment Termination)
① Paid members can request a cancellation (withdrawal of subscription) within 7 days to the Company if the credits provided after the supply date of the paid service are not used.
② Except for withdrawal of subscription that meets the requirements specified in Article 22 of these terms and conditions and refunds due to the Company's willful misconduct or negligence, refunds are not possible for withdrawal of subscription due to a member's change of mind, insufficient understanding of detailed descriptions, or careless payment.
③ If a paid member suspends regular payments for paid services, the paid services can be used during the remaining contract period for which the payment has already been completed.
④ In accordance with the "Guidelines for Protection of Content Users" enacted under Article 28 of the "Content Industry Promotion Act," the Company may deduct the incidental costs and fees borne or to be borne by the Company and refund the balance.
⑤ Withdrawal of subscription and refund must be requested through the customer center (support@blur.me). The effectiveness occurs when the intention is expressed to the Company and reaches the Company, and the Company replies to the paid member without delay after receiving the paid member's intention.
⑥ If there is a refund amount after confirming the withdrawal of subscription application from the paid member, in principle, the Company requests the suspension or cancellation of the payment to the payment method operator within 3 business days from the day the intention is received and refunds the paid member with the same payment method used for payment. However, the refund method and refund availability period for each payment method may differ if the Company has notified the paid member in advance via email or the service website and in the following cases:
a. In the case of payment methods requiring receipt confirmation, within 3 business days from the receipt confirmation date.
b. If the refund is requested beyond the predetermined payment suspension or cancellation period agreed with the Company by the payment method operator, such as the credit card company.

d. If there is an explicit intention of the member for the refund processing.
⑦ The Company does not have an obligation to refund the payment for paid services used without direct payment by the member, such as services received as gifts or obtained through promotions.
⑧ If the member violates the obligations set forth in these terms and conditions, the Company may take actions such as terminating or canceling the contract, restricting service use, or claiming compensation for damages. If there is a refund amount after terminating the contract, the Company may deduct the amount to be borne by the member within a certain range and refund the balance. In this case, the member can file an objection to the Company's action following the procedures set by the Company. If the reason for the objection is deemed valid, the Company may resume the service use, and if the member proves that there was no willful misconduct or negligence, the Company extends the usage period for the period the service was suspended.
⑨ In the case of monthly regular payments for paid services at the request or consent of the member, the use rights may be automatically terminated if the member fails to pay the usage fee or defaults on the payment method, resulting in arrears. Paid members must take preemptive measures to avoid arrears or defaults if they wish to maintain the paid services.
⑩ If a paid member withdraws from membership while using paid services, the paid services are immediately terminated, and refunds are not possible. In this case, the member's information and service usage details are processed in accordance with the terms and relevant laws.
⑪ If a paid member cancels (terminates) their recurring subscription payment, all credits held by the member will expire at the end of the current subscription period.
⑫ (Credit Rollover and Storage Limit) Paid members may roll over unused credits to the next billing cycle. However, the maximum storage limit is subject to the following:
a. Storage Limit: Members may store credits up to their current plan's base credit allowance plus the rollover limit separately determined by the Company. The current rollover limit is published on the Service's pricing page (blur.me/pricing).
b. Expiration: Whenever credits are added through any transaction—including recurring payments, plan changes, or credit top-ups—the system will automatically check for and expire any credits exceeding the storage limit.

② If the error in payment occurs due to the Company's fault, the full amount is refunded. If the error occurs due to the member's fault, the member bears the cost for the refund within a reasonable range, and the Company may deduct the cost and refund the balance.
③ If the Company proves that the paid service fee was justly charged when the member claims the error and requests a refund, the refund can be refused.
④ The Company follows the procedures for detailed refund processes and other matters related to errors in payment as prescribed by the "Guidelines for Protection of Content Users":
a. When the Company or member becomes aware of the error, they notify the other party via email, the service website, or other methods presented by the Company.
