How to use Excel to PDF

  1. Choose one XLSX file. Encrypted, macro-enabled and legacy Office formats are excluded.

  2. Open an XLSX and convert it. If columns are split unexpectedly, adjust print areas and scaling in your spreadsheet app and try again.

  3. Check the result in the work panel. Download the output when a file is produced.

Working with Excel to PDF

PDF export follows the workbook’s visible sheets, print areas, paper sizes and scaling settings. Hidden sheets are excluded from the output.

Wide tables can span multiple pages if the workbook is not set to fit the paper. The Office engine may recalculate formulas differently from Excel; inspect totals and page breaks.
